	Counselling One to one ‘talking therapy’ will include original assessment to one-off consultations to ongoing therapeutic relationships.
	Complementary Therapies A range of complementary therapies are offered including: Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Indian Head Massage to help relax the traumatised body and nervous system and continue to build relationships of trust in a safe place easing physical pain, enabling rest and sleep.
	Personal Development We will offer one to one tuition/support as the first step to empowerment and social / economic integration.
	Creative Workshops A range of workshops are on offer including arts and crafts, drama, music, storytelling and creative writing.
	Befriending The Peace Project offers one to one Befriending to people who have been bereaved or traumatised as a result of the conflict in Northern Ireland, regardless of their religious, cultural or political beliefs. The service offers support at a time of need and vulnerability and aims to help individuals and families restore some form of normality back into their lives.
	Trauma Recovery Our trauma recovery programmes will provide individual therapy to help people release the imprint of traumatic experiences on the nervous system, easing physical, mental and emotional pain and imparting techniques for self-help.
	Support to Employment Working with a range of employment and careers specialists there will be opportunities for beneficiaries to explore employment options.
	Social clubs/networking Our social clubs will enable sustained cross-community social interaction thus reducing isolation and exclusion.
